INSTRUCTIONS
The digital capacitor discharger is designed for discharge the capacitor (＜1000V) of electric appliances like digital
cameras, mobile phones, power panel of TV etc in maintenance. It avoid electric shock, short circuit effectively.
CAPACITOR DISCHARGE
A. Plug the red and black pens into the discharger.
B. The probes contact the capacitor with no polarity, then discharge start.
C. The voltmeter will display the remaining capacity.
D. The voltmeter will be off when the voltage is less than 10V ( It means the capacitor discharged to the safe voltage of the human body), After the voltmeter off, the discharger continues to discharge to below 4V, the discharging is completed at this time.
